Maybe I’m a little in over my head here.

Turns out that school was more demanding than I thought it would be. Combine that with me slacking off to play Blazblue and Fire Emblem and you get me behind in classes. The good news is that my ineptitude isn’t going to change the schedule (hopefully). Luckily I have holidays both today and Monday so I can catch up on schoolwork. After all that is out of the way I will finally after months and months of hiatus be back to working on gunpla and figure reviews.

Finished watching The Hero Yoshihiko and the Demon King’s Castle.

By the way, my valentines day was terrible. Don’t have anyone in real life, and I wasn’t able to S rank support Tharja in Fire Emblem.

And so begins another semester of school.

Because yes, I am that paranoid.

Its pretty funny depressing that I only start working on here once school is going on.

So an update on whats going on. The blog’s name changed, the address is the same though. Over break I got no gunpla work done so that’s why no WIPs lately. From now on there should be posts on Sunday, Wednesday/Thursdays, and Fridays. Definitely going to try to be more responsible on updating this place. As far as content goes, only the Wednesday/Thursday will be anything of importance.

As far as current life is going, I have what should be a pretty easy semester of school. I spent all break playing Unchained Blades for the 3ds and watching Gaoranger. As mentioned in the last post I recently got into Transformers; not mentioned is that I got into comics too. At the risk of turning this place into an actual blog, that’s all I’ll be saying as far as my personal life goes.

Getting into that (nonexistant) Transformers craze.

My desk has become really cluttered lately.

My friend gave me three days worth of 2hu jazz.

If you’re wondering, the thing that got me back into Transformers was that guy in the back. He transforms into a pirate; his back foot becomes a parrot.

Oh god my wallet.

And I even said I wasn’t going to buy anything this year…

So everything I ordered from post-Thanksgiving sales finally came in. Spent waaaaay more than I planned to. I am missing a few more games from the picture, but I think the point got across.

In other news, my finals are done and I’m back to working on gunpla. The reviews for the figures will come a bit later.

Ever watch a show and think to yourself “what the hell am I watching”?

Girls Und Panzer

So I had this show downloaded, but well lets just say it hit my backlog immediately. The only reason I ended up watching it was because a friend recommended it to me.

Turns out I actually enjoyed it.

This is totally not what was said in the dialogue. I don’t care.

So I won’t be going full out review, but Girls Und Panzer is your average “cute girls in school” anime….with tanks. (There’s a ton of other extra-curricular activities, but honestly who cares about that.)

I’d love a girl who could drive a tank.

Long story short, the main girl who reminds me of Rena Ryuugu comes from a long line of famous tank drivers wants to be different so she avoids tank driving. Of course because its in her blood shes going to be an extreme badass. She gets some friends and because of plot joins the tank driving class/club/thingy.

So why do I like this show? Well aside from being a show about school girls, I like the…..no actually that’s the only reason I like it. Sorry, I’m not into tanks.

Although according to this I should be.

Speaking for real though, there were times in the show where I chuckled, but that was probably because the awesome dialogue (or maybe just the subbers?).

I wonder just how close the subbers were to putting unnecessary TL notes as a joke.

I’ve never heard wiser words.

So what else can I say? Cute girls in tanks; you should know if you’re into it or not.

While I’m writing this I’m getting diabetes from Precure.

If you guys were wondering what I’ve been doing for the past month…

Great way to relax after midterms is to completely lose yourself in a game you’ve already beaten five times.

Wait, I’ve already done this gag before? With nearly the same exact photo? ****. Well I don’t really have time to think of something else, gonna go watch Wreck It Ralph for a second time (SPOILERS: It was good).

If you are interested for some reason. That is the Ps2 version of Tales of Symphonia I’m playing. I’ve decided to 100% the game (with a guide its not hard just time consuming). Does using a guide take away from the pride? Yeah. So I’m not as awesome as someone who does 100%’s on their own, but I already knew that.

Right then, that’s it for today. No jokes about not posting for an extended period of time because it always seems to come true.
